Knowing yourself allows you to understand how you think, identify why you feel the way you do, transform your reality (way of thinking), and act from your authentic self.

I lived with depression for 27 years because of my sexuality. I grew up believing there was something 'wrong' with me and built a negative narrative around myself.

When I turned 40, I faced the deepest depressive episode I had ever experienced and finally accepted that I needed help. Thanks to therapy, I began to understand the meaning of self-knowledge. I became curious about getting to know me. Today I live a more authentic life because I learned to decide for myself.

I left my 16-year career in the corporate world to dedicate myself to my passion: life coaching. I love guiding people through genuine and sustainable transformation processes. That’s why I created Happymente Coaching, a program focused on self-knowledge.

​

When you learn to know yourself, you begin to understand why you think, feel, and act the way you do. That’s the information you need to transform your reality—you’ll learn to make better decisions for your well-being and align with your most authentic self.
